How long should it take to ship my order?
We know how exciting it is to get a new hat, so we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our talented decoration team embroiders all hats to order right here in Littleton, Colorado. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed + shipping time.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order please contact us right away. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order after it has been embroidered or shipped.
Where do I enter my promo code?
If you have received a promo code you can enter it during checkout. Please make sure your promo code has been applied prior to submitting your order.
How do I place a bulk order?

With the current inventory shortages in the industry, will you substitute a different hat when mine is out of stock?
We try to keep all of our hats in stock, however, these are unprecedented times. There are nationwide inventory shortages that we are all fighting. If for some reason your hat is out of stock, we will always contact you before substituting with a different design.

Can I return my hat(s)?
Colorado Hat Company is a small family owned business in Littleton, Colorado. Each hat is custom decorated especially for you. You may return any hat that has a material defect. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for other reasons. If there is an issue, we ask that you please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. Thank you for your understanding.
