Refund policy

We try to keep things simple.  If we miss the mark, we will stand behind our products.  If you find a manufacturing defect or blemish on one of our products, we will refund or replace your order, no problem.  Since all of our products are custom and made on demand, we can't offer refunds or exchanges due to size, fit, style, or other non-defect reasons.  We have a wonderful quality control department that takes pride in inspecting every order before it goes out the door.  We hope you will love our products as much as we do!
